Minicruise to the Aeolian Islands

The Aeolian Islands are a true beauty of unspoilt nature. From the Residence Hotel La Taverna you can easily reach the islands of Stromboli, Lipari, Vulcano and Panarea thanks to Mini Cruises organized directly at our hotel.
It is a daily excursion, with departure directly at the hotel.
The transfer to the port of Tropea is in fact free and from here you will embark for your Mini Cruise.

The first stop is Stromboli, where you can admire the wild nature of the island and its famous volcano. Afterwards the motorboat will move to Lipari: here you will have the opportunity to visit the Castle and make a stop inside the old town centre, as well as take an additional paid tour to the most beautiful places on the island.

The last stop of the excursion will be the Island of Vulcano: the island is famous for its sulphurous mud from which it will be pleasant to enjoy.

Stromboli excursion by Night.

If you want to experience truly magical and evocative moments the excursion Stromboli by Night is for you. You leave at 15.30 from the port of Tropea and head to the island for a stop in the center. From 20.30 onwards you can admire the famous "Sciara del Fuoco", the night-time spectacle of the volcano explosions.
